This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Palermo House, not Instagram.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of the entry date. Employees of Palermo House LLC, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, other US territories, and wherever prohibited by law.
4. Entry period
Entries open 24th of September at 12:01AM Pacific and close October 11th at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
5. How to enter
Submit your email address at palermo.house/pages/cozy-living-room. Limit one entry per person and per email address during the entry period. Entries submitted by automated means, bots, or scripts are void. Entering places you on Palermo House's email list; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.
6. Prize
One (1) winner receives one Modo 2-Piece Sofa (102") and one Dume Lounge Chair, in the winner's choice of available fabric and colorway, including standard delivery to a single address within the contiguous United States. Ottomans are not included.
Approximate retail value: $3,550 (Modo 2-Piece Sofa, $2,290; Dume Lounge Chair, up to $1,260 depending on fabric). Colorways and configurations are subject to availability; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash equivalent and no substitution by the winner. Prize is non-transferable.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner selection and notification
One winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 15th. The winner is notified at the email address submitted. If the winner does not respond within five business days, forfeits, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Sponsor may require the winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Privacy
Information submitted is handled under Palermo House's Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
Entrants release Palermo House LLC and its affiliates from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason.
13. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
