If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Our return fee is equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. We will deduct this fee when refunding your credit card. Return fees are capped at $400.

If we've sent you a defective or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, email us at so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For carrier delivery failures or return to sender issues, we will send a replacement order but the order will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
